Plumbing technician determined that hydrojetting would clear the issue as the remainder of the pipe on both sides was shown on the camera to be in good condition. A series of 4000 psi blasts was able to clear the blockage, confirmed by an additional video camera inspection after the job. Customer satisfied - total job time approximately 2 hours.
As the faulty sink was leaking in a key area of the kitchen setup and going to cause an impact on business that evening, a second technician was brought in to speed up the completion of the job and bring one of the required parts. The job was completed to the customer's full satisfaction before the full chef and prep team had arrived for the restaurant's dinner shift. Crisis averted!
