We offer comprehensive plumbing services across Los Angeles and SoCal, for residential and commercial customers.
We’re specialists in rooter services, no question. But we’re also one of LA’s largest plumbing fleets, and we take on every type of job imaginable for customers from every walk of life.
Residential Plumbing
We’ve been helping homeowners and renters across Los Angeles for almost eight decades. From young families in Pasadena to baby boomers in Torrance, our customers know they can trust us to be fast, fair, and efficient in solving their residential plumbing problems. We have locations across the city and County, so anyone we send out is local, licensed, and ready to get to work with the right tools for the job. Our customers know when we fix something, it stays fixed.
Commercial Plumbing
HOAs, restaurants, stores, they all know they can trust Ritz to handle their installations and repairs, anytime they call us. They also know they’ll get the same friendly service we offer to our residential customers. Whatever they need us for, be it a restroom installation or a lateral sewer line, we give them a free estimate, followed by an expert service, start to finish. Call us anytime to see how we can benefit your commercial enterprise.
Drain Cleaning & Repair
Drains get dirty and damaged. It’s a fact of life. When you consider how much they have to deal with in their lifespan, it’s no wonder. Grease, debris, and plants all make their way into drain systems, and they can cause real problems if left alone. We’re armed with the very best in drain cleaning equipment, so we can handle anything they want to throw at us. As soon as you call, we’ll be on the way, ready to get your drains back to full working order. We also repair drains daily, so we know the best methods to get the job done fast and in budget.
Kitchens
With the amount of plumbing in an average kitchen, it’s only a matter of time before you’ll have to call a plumber for installations, maintenance, or repairs. Between broken dishwashers, leaking faucets, and backed up garbage disposals, LA’s kitchens are like a second home to us. We can handle any and all appliances and brands, so don’t hesitate to call anytime with any type of problem, even if it’s a flooded kitchen floor at 3am.
Bathrooms
You never realize how much you need your bathroom until it stops working. We’ve seen everything in our time, ranging from cracked bathtubs to toilets that turn into geysers, and everything in between. Common jobs we take on include shower installations, water pressure checks, and flapper valve replacements. Sometimes, we have to take on less common jobs, but we haven’t encountered one we couldn’t handle, and it’s been almost 80 years. Call us with any bathroom plumbing project, and we’ll have an expert on the road in minutes.
Gas Line Installation & Repair
Gas lines shouldn’t be taken lightly. That’s just common sense, right? They’re best left to expert professionals with years of experience working with gas. That sounds like us, and we’re always available to help you with gas line installations or repairs. We work with soft copper and stainless steel daily, so you can guarantee we’re able to handle your gas lines. We also test for leaks all over the County, and can respond to any situation in real-time thanks to our expert knowledge.
Earthquake Valves
California State law mandates that your gas lines are equipped with shut-off valves in the event of an earthquake. That goes for utility supplied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). We’ve got heavy experience installing both major types of valve. An excessive flow sensor closes when gas flow exceeds a specified limit. The second type is a motion sensing caged ball. In the event of an earthquake, a metal ball will roll off it’s ledge, cover a small hole, and trigger a gas shut-off. Call us for expert advice on which will be better suited to your home and surroundings.
Hot Water Heaters & Tankless Water Heaters
When it comes to hot water heaters, there are hundreds of options available to you and your property, varying in size, style, and efficiency. We can help with expert advice on which will work best for you. Factors include space, how much hot water you use on a daily basis, and how much you want to spend. Tankless water heaters are a great option for efficiency purposes, but can cost more up front, whereas traditional hot water heaters can burn energy for no reason, particularly if your house isn’t a ’10 showers, 5 loads of laundry’ place. We have years of experience installing and repairing all major water heater brands, and we’ll happily give you a free estimate anytime you need one.
